Ease started from a common frustration of poor customer service, too many accounts, and workmanship that didn't meet my expectations. All of these lead to feeling like my home was more of a burden than a blessing. I knew I wasn't alone in these frustrations, and decided that I could play a role in helping others enjoy their homes, the way I had once dreamed of homeownership.
